OK that context would have been helpful ;-)

Thx for clarifying.

to Sindy Thanks a lot, Sindy!
The context is procurement - checking if company A meets the criteria to become a supplier of company B.
I am inclined to agree with you about 'Nadelige kadastrale informatie'. However, 'protests' seem to be 'claims filed' (see the link below):

PROTESTS DETAILS (Means CLAIMS FILED)

Details regarding Court judgements and prejudicial events are checked on our database which is regularly updated with information filed at Italian Courts and Real Estate Registers (Conservatorie and Uffici Tavolari).

bezwaren en nadelige kadastrale informatie

A long shot based on the limited context.
My suggestion assumes that your text somehow relates to the Land Register.

'Protests' could simply be translated as 'bezwaren'.

As for 'prejudicial information', I found the following:

http://www.wrighthassall.co.uk/resources/articles/nb0605_03....

"Where a business wishes to protect information held at the Land Registry it can apply for designation of all or part of a particular document on the grounds that it contains prejudicial information. “Prejudicial information” means either information that is likely to prejudice the commercial interests of the business if revealed or information about an individual that if revealed would be likely to cause substantial unwarranted damage or distress. Such information might include a request for comparable rental information but not information about the price payable for a piece of land."
