| Yes, this is exactly what I thought the meaning was - that they had partially relaxed the decree prohibiting this place from playing music (because they'd been too noisy or had complaints) because they've implemented measures to control the noise. So now they can reopen. I can't quite remember what was used in the end, but when I find it I'll post it and pass you the points. Thanks again. |
