I can't seem to think anymore: this abbreviation is in the heading of the Reconciliation Sheet referring to the accounting method. Verb. = Verbuchung?

"POC-Verbindlichkeiten" is a not uncommon German accounting abbreviation for "Verbindlichkeiten aus nach der POC-Methode bilanzierten langfristigen Fertigungsaufträgen" (i.e. liabilities under construction contracts accounted for using the percentage of completion method).
As the POC (percentage of completion) method is the required method of accounting for construction contracts under IFRSs (and may also in rare circumstances be permitted under German GAAP), assets and liabilities, and income, expenses and profit from construction contracts are quite often abbreviated to "POC-x" in German accounting documents.
