need some help please from all those legal translators out there with this sentance from a patent license...not my field at all. TIA!
Il presente Contratto dovrà ritenersi risolto automaticamente mediante comunicazione della parte che ha subito l’inadempimento di volersi avvalere delle seguenti clausole risolutive espresse, ai sensi dell’art. 1456 del Codice Civile:
- qualora l’Invenzione venga dichiarata nulla ovvero ne sia riconosciuta la decadenza con sentenza passata in giudicato
