I'm stuck for a good Swedish translation of 'privacy reasons' in this context:
"The meeting is closed to the press for **privacy reasons**, but x will be available
for one-on-one interviews after the meeting.
"The meeting is closed to the press for **privacy reasons**, but x will be available
for one-on-one interviews after the meeting.

med hänsyn till deltagarnas integritet
Used for example in the context of withholding a person's real name for privacy reasons, quote from link below:
SvD.se har fingerat namnet på personerna i artikeln med hänsyn till deras integritet.

Another thought for this specific context: Perhaps "med hänsyn till de berörda/de närvarande/deltagarna" would suffice, i.e. it would be implied and understood that the meeting was closed for privacy reasons. I like "av integritetsskäl," but for some reason I think "med hänsyn till" would commonly be used in this context. (I view "av sekretesskäl" as a bit strong - something that is or may seem private isn't necessarily confidential by law, especially if they are making it known that they are holding one-on-one interviews on the subject matter.)

: Like Åsa I have no aother reason than a feeling that this fits in this context.

Comment: "Thanks. I think this is the best translation in this context. Unfortunately, I was on a tight deadline and had to make do with 'av respekt för deltagarnas privatliv'"

integritetsskäl
Om det rör exempelvis en domstolsförhandling tycker jag att "integritetsskäl" kan passa

sekretesskäl
om det är mera affärs-/juridiskt hemligt än direkt "privata skäl"
