Not a standard abbreviation of copyright, I admit, but I think it must be. Certainly the Díaz de Santos edition of this book is copyright 1995:

On the abbreviation, perhaps this may help:
"REGLAS GENERALES
* Si en el documento sólo aparece la fecha del copyright, daremos esta fecha precedida de la abreviatura "cop.". Ej.:
260 00 |a València :|b>/b> Pre-Textos,|c cop. 2004"
