English term

Admission

English to French Law/Patents Law (general)
This is a term that I found as a title on a Defense and counter claim form. The full sentence is Admission(unspecified amount non-money and return of goods claims). The target audience is French. I am thinking of translating as Admission but in French it can mean other thing. Or maybe "Aveu" but this does not seem appropriate in a legal context. Thanks

@Asker You are asking for many terms that are very basic. Have you looked them up in a FR-EN legal or commercial dictionary first, or checked the KudoZ glossary?

agree Beila Goldberg : Dans ce cas précis et au sens large du terme. The admission can be only as to a fact. Le formulaire : http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/news/forms/docs/n9d_0406....
