aşezate pe fond sau unite cu fondul imobiliar
"aplicat" nu merge... că nu e abţibild.
imobile prin destinaţie sunt şi vacile pe păşune, porumbiţele din porumbar, moara de vant... centrala eoliana... etc.
Nu poti sa spui ca atasezi sau aplici vacile pe imobil.

Acel echipament este un accesoriu imobiliar care prin instalare, devine fie imobil prin natura sa sau prin destinatie dupa caz.
imobile prin destinaţie sunt şi vacile pe păşune, porumbiţele din porumbar, moara de vant... centrala eoliana... etc.
Nu poti sa spui ca atasezi sau aplici vacile pe imobil.
