То, что "Tuberculum posticum" переводится как задний бугорок - это почти бесспорно. Вопрос в том, к какой структуре мозжечка он относится. В анатомической номенклатуре такого элемента структуры нет, значит он достаточно маленький и является частью другого элемента.
Я нашел такую ссылку:

Правда, это не английски, но понятно, что это что-то вроде "задний сегмент нижнего червя".
В мозжечке есть "Червь мозжечка" (Vermis cerebelli), а в задней доле мозжечка есть "бугор червя" (Tuber vermis). Никаких других червей в мозжечке не нашел.
Поэтому предложил бы перевод :
задний бугорок (нижней части) червя мозжечка
Может быть, вернее будет без уточнения в скобках.
