¿Cómo han sido estos diez años de Circuito Café Teatro en Valencia?.-En bonito podríamos decir que ha sido un sueño hecho realidad, pero nunca soñamos que algo así pudiera ocurrir. **Pisábamos suelo firme**. Empezamos a trabajar sin creer que el Circuito iba a ser nuestra vida y nuestro trabajo, sin saber que iba a durar tanto tiempo y coger tanta envergadura. Lo deseábamos, pero el día a día del trabajo no te permite ponerte esos objetivos sino otros mucho más cercanos: que se consolidara un formato de café teatro y poder ofrecer una programación estable. De repente nos hemos dado cuenta de que tenemos diez años.

We reached terra firma
I know it's Latin and has more of a geographical connotation than anything but this is the first thing that popped into my head because of its usage in non-geogrpahical contexts also.
By using "terra firma" for me it implies reaching a phase/land where they knew what they were doing and that the company was going well.

I partially agree with the earlier answer of "we reached terra firma" but this expression is typically used to refer to sailors and sailing expeditions, whereas the imagery with "son~adores / dreamers" is flying in the sky....
