Hola! estoy traduciendo sobre unos silos y no hallo el significado de "cone" como verbo.

Así lo entiendo. Aunque descargar sea redundante si se usa, pues diría: descargar formando un cono o descargar. Me parece que yo incluiría el segundo"descargar".
