English to Swedish Medical Medical: Instruments

My text is a manual for a ventricular assist device (heart auxiliary pump), driven by extracorporeal batteries.

In the list of items included is mentioned a "Trocar Coring Device"

Later on, in a list of what items need to be sterilised, they seem to call the same device a "coring trocar (5 pcs including blade and tip)"

They also mention the "Trocar Coring Handle and Blade"

I suppose that the instrument is used to make a puncture for the cable from the pump to the batteries/controller device.

In the TM, it seems that the earlier translator has beleived it to be a biopsy device, which I doubt.

Anyway, any suggestions for a Swedish translation, or an explanation of what chararcterises a coring trocar (as opposed to trocars in gerenal) would be much appreciated.
