Advanced Technical Degree in Early Childhood Education
I would not use "associate degree" here, as the two entities (associate's degree and técnico superior) are not identical. Clearly, the field is "early childhood education," but the real issue here is how to convey the name of the title.

True equivalence between the Anglo-American and Latin American university systems is often elusive.
The title in question is, in my opinion, higher than an associate's degree but lower than a bachelor's degree in its equivalence. To call it a "bachelor's degree" is clearly erroneous, but I think that it is equally erroneous to call it an "associate's degree." It is neither. In order to make this distinction, a separate term is required. Whether you go with "Advanced Technical Degree," "Higher University Technician," or something else is probably not as important as ensuring that you do not improperly call this degree something that it is not.
