I don t know what exactly it refers to. I figure it s accounting issue or clause

agree Samer Helmy : I would suggest you use this one, because "account clause" is used to refer to contractual clauses and refers to other technical terms like "current account clause" and such.

I guess clause is more formal than item; however, both are interchangeable in this context
