Die Summative Integrierte Prüfung (SIP) ist eine Prüfung des Medizinstudiums in den österreichischen Städten Wien und Innsbruck. Die folgenden Informationen beziehen sich auf das Prüfungssystem der Medizinischen Universität Wien (MUW).
Die Summative Integrierte Prüfung findet in Form einer Single-Choice Prüfung statt, wobei immer aus fünf Antwortmöglichkeiten die bestmögliche gewählt werden muss. Die SIP findet im Studium der Humanmedizin sowie der Zahnmedizin insgesamt 6 mal statt und umfasst den Stoff von höchstens 2 Semestern. Im ersten Studienjahr (=Erster Studienabschnitt) wird der gesamte Stoff bei der SIP1 abgeprüft. Im zweiten, dritten und vierten Studienjahr (=Zweiter Studienabschnitt) ist jeweils ein Block enthalten, der getrennt von der SIP ebenfalls im Single-Choice Format gleich am Ende des entsprechenden Blocks abgeprüft wird.
