1.- Insert blades.
2.- Flip over the blade for different function, or safe storage.
3.- Insert front blade.
4.- Affix food into food pusher.
5.- Then insert to safety food holder.
6.- The “arrow” marking pointing outward.
7.- The triangle shape divice attach to the switch.
8.- Place safety food holder.
9.-Turn the switch to change cutting shape e.g., cube / diamond.
10.- Hold the stand, start slicing.
11.- Press top once to ensure food is on the grating board when slice forward. Release when backward.
12.- Notches undermeath using on other container.

Scusa fosse il "premi alimenti", cioè parte che tiene premuti gli alimenti mentre vengono tritati/miscelati , ecc?? Forse è quello?

Non che contenga, ma che prema, tenga schiacciati sulle lame gli aliomenti per meglio essere tritati/miscelati o cosa del genere.
