German term
überaliquot
German to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
The whole sentence reads like this: Die Finanzierung nicht 100%iger vollkonsolidierten Konzerngesellschaften erfolgt grundsätzlich aliquot mit den anderen Eigentümern und nur in Ausnahmefällen nach Zustimmung durch den Vorstand durch externe Mittel oder überaliquot.
This doesn't sound that complicated, but over aliquot or extra aliquot just don't sound quite right to me. Is anyone more familiar with this? Thanks.

If aliquot means in equal part/equal measure, ueberaliquot would mean in unequal parts. I got about 88 thousand google hits for unequal aliquot, although mainly referring to unequal fractions with respect to chemical substances. I think it's the same idea here, in a different context
