Functional: analysis or design Admittedly, my OU course unit in database management was a long time ago, but I still clearly recall that when designing a system one first conducted a functional **analysis** to understand the jobs, interrelationships and needs of the organisation and people who would be using the system and then went on to produce an operational **design**.

Précision Dossiers fonctionnels, ici, est un raccourci pour "dossiers d'analyse fonctionnelle". Ce que fait un analyste (informaticien), tout simplement.
