In Mexico; is it possible to just say, "taxpayers" though that would include corporations. Individual? Your help will be appreciated as I have not quite understood the difference between one and the other, and whether they are two different entities which must be stated in English or is there one term which includes both.

In Mexico, a "persona moral" is usually an open-end stock corporation. A "persona física" is an individual such as a sole proprietor. Personally, I am registered with Mexican tax authorities as a "persona física - individual" because I have not set up any type of company or partnership. My answer applies strictly to Mexico. Hope this helps.

Just based on my experience. In our legal system a corporation is also a "person" in a sense, but it is seldom expressed this way.
