2番目のリンクに最初に貼られたリンクと似たものを見つけました。素晴らしい、というより、日本語の人を驚かす時の「ワッ!」に似ている気がします(英語の"Surprise!"に相当します)。言葉遊びのジョークとして取られ、それがロシアでも流行した話が載っています。
