Spanish term
Ráfagas
Spanish to English
Art/Literary
Cinema, Film, TV, Drama
Absolutely no context at all I'm afraid beyond "Television" and the fact that the term comes along with "cabeceras y cortinillas", the last of which I gather is "blinds"?

bumpers / bridges
A ráfaga seems to mean a musical interlude/cue used to transition between scenes or sequences.
A bumper is defined as: "A short musical bridge within a television show, which separates the show content from the following commercials or other announcements"
A bridge as: "A musical cue which is meant to make a transition from one mood to another, or signifying a change of place or a change in time. Such cues may start in one tempo or key and end in another tempo or key"
Hope this helps
