Ojalá que se pudiera directo del árabe... O quizá no capto la idea de una emoción compartida así, como lo que en término técnico se llama "histeria"... Interesante.

Hola, Paul: El que hace esa interpretación es el autor del texto a traducir, que dice precisamente: "suggests that the emotion is not his alone".

image in the English rendering I'm not sure of the interpretation that the emotion might involve another or more than one person. The image in the English rendering, "My chest cannot take the vastness of emotion", is obvious—of containing, bearing up under, de aguantar, de sostener, de contenerse... I don't—in that phrase—see any suggestion that the emotion is not his alone. The Arabic phrase may be the true arbiter. Good luck.
