Spanish term

minuta acta

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting
This is in the minutes of a meeting of a property owners' association in a section listing all unpaid debts. There are several people who owe over a hundred euros each for "minuta acta" in 2007...that's all it says - the name of the person, the "concepte" (minuta acta 2007) and the amount (127 euros)...any ideas? Could it be the bill for joining the association maybe? At first I thought it must be the bill for submitting the 2007 annual accounts, or a notary bill, but it seems to add up to too much money for those things...

what kind of acta?

You've mentioned many possibilities.

See definitiosn for acta below. Until you determine exactly what kind of acta is being referred to, it's difficult to know how to translate.

Note from asker:
Yeah, this is exactly the problem. I did consult the client, because I was finished with the translation and still didn't know how to translate that term (I had put something really vague - "document fees" I think) and she (the owner of the agency) told me just to put "minutes". I don't see how the minutes could cost so much money, and told her that, but she said "minutes" was fine...

memorandum / draft record

Pudiera ser que minuta se refiera a la lista: memorandum o draft, summary, record y no al "bill" del abogado.
