А может мы это перенесём

Russian to English Other Government / Politics
How does the following sound:

You are all right. The context in which it is used is to defer or postpone. Just went back and checked the text and you are absolutely right. So I'm thinking it should be something along the following lines:
Perhaps we should defer it?
Lina Episheva Jul 22, 2009:
Are you sure they mean survive here? Considering your previous questions, I have a feeling that they mean postponement of the law. - What if we postpone it? -<br> Could you please provide context so we don´t have to guess?
Kristaps Otrups Jul 22, 2009:
It is difficult to say without any context, though given your other questions, I'd assume перенесём refers to shifting something to a different date, rather than surviving.
Natalya Boyce Jul 22, 2009:
More context please!

Why don't we defer (move) it?

Since this is in connection with the deferment of the first hearing of the law (judging by your previous posts), that's the way it should read.
