is the phrase used on 'Optrex' packaging in the UK for their eye was systems (though not a literal translation),
'fountain' implies a spray dispenser - doesn't seem appropriate, but without a diagram, I couldn't say for sure

: a very [very] unusual phrasing; how do you bathe an eye? I see, it may exist all right, but I do not think that they meant it in the original ( a fountain is a bit bigger than a small container)

its a small plastic container, with a volume of ~ 5 ml fluid. It is designed to fit over the eye, you then tilt your head backwards and when the fluid hits the surface of the eye, you tilt your head from side to side, and the fluid moves over the surface
