I hope I have not inadvertently caused a heated discussion. The problem here is that the Italian term "tracciato dati" is really (or should I say very very strongly suspect not to seem presumptuous) a brutal translation of "data trace" made by Italian IT practitioners. You should bear in mind that this is very often the case (by the way I have worked in IT in Italy for the last 27 years). This is why inwe say file, bits and bytes in Italian. This is also why, upon the occurrence of scanners on the scene, in Italian you say "scannerizzare"; because it is what a scannER does, as opposed to using the term "scandire" in keeping with the original form of the latin (family) root (just a personal theory). As I said this is all in aid of a healthy discussion.<br><br>In the case of "Data trace" perhaps you could look at<br><br>

which is an IBM description of "Packet and data trace formatting NMI (Network Management Interface)". I suppose we can concede IBM a trend setting role in the use of IT vocabulary!<br><br>

Scopo principale delle domande è aiutare i colleghi. Detto ciò bisogna capire la materia con cui si ha a che fare. Quando si progetta una rete telematica, al cliente finale vanno diversi tipi di dati - in termini non tecnici - fra i quali un grafico dei picchi di funzionamento (quello a cui io mi riferivo) e l'insieme dei dati relativi ai protocolli (Ip, gateway, submask, tutti i nodi della rete..e così via) questi sono noti come track-data xkè ci si riferisce alla possibilità di tenere traccia di un percorso (data flow) che i dati seguono fra i diversi nodi della rete. Spero che gli esperti mi perdonino per non aver parlato in informatichese, ma penso sia necessario farsi capire. Qui non è importante chi ha ragione, ma quello che è giusto per la collega, sappiamo tutti cosa vuol dire lavorare con la pressione dei tempi e non riuscire a focalizzare il termine appropriato.

data layout In that data layout is not exclusively used as Ms. Licata asserts, "layout is what you "see" after compiling by - for example - C++", this may be what is being communicated. However, it is entirely up to you the translator to decide how best to render the term.

informatico unitamente alla comunicazione di conclusione dell’avviamento della
rete telematica."

Poi continua dicendo "le informazioni registrate su supporto informatico"...immagino quindi che si tratti di dati/informazioni, non di un grafico.
