English to Bosnian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a syndication fee in an amount as separately agreed between the Borrower and EBRD in the Mandate Letter. Such syndication fee shall be due and payable not later than four Business Days prior to the first Disbursement or 15 Business Days after the date of this Agreement, whichever is earlier.
