To aspire - lish'OFF
To aspire is lish'OFF. When you specify what you aspire for, you say: "lish'OFF leh" and then the word.
He aspires - hoo Sho'EFF
She aspires - hee sho'EFFET

xatira
In general, I agree with my colleagues, but "shoef" or "sheifa" doesn't mean in my opinion that you are striving to get there. If you want to convey the effort to fulfill your aspirations, I would use "Laxtor",verb (lamed, xet, taf, vav, reish), "xatira", noun, which is "sheifa" + the striving to realize it.
