"Acute effects: High concentrations or extended exposure to dust may be irritating. Imp-rat TDLo: 127 mg/kg: ETA"
Es handelt sich wahrscheinlich um die Abkürzung für ein Organ. Ähnliche Begriffe waren CNS (Central Nervous System), PUL (Pulmonary) und GIT (Gastrointestinal tract).
"Imp" steht übrigens für Implantation.

Lt. der Quelle gibt es in diesem Fall Studienergebnisse, die auf eine karzinogene Wirkung hindeuten. Wie und ob man das ins Deutsche überträgt, weiß ich nicht. Wahrscheinlich eher nicht.

: I don't think that airways are "in the trachea" -> endotracheal, but maybe -> endothoracic airways (but: there is only a small section left ... above the upper margin of the sternum).
