Z umowy kredytowej:

The Agent shall withdraw from the Rent Account such amount as may be necessary on such date in or towards paying the following items:

(i) first, in or towards payment pro rata of any unpaid fees, costs and expenses of the Agent and the Security Agent;
(ii) secondly, in or towards payment of any amount due to the Hedging counterparty under the Hedging Arrangements but unpaid.
