So it would seem. The only other sentence in this paragraph of the contract and therefore the only other sentence that could give any background is the following:

Le terme de reddition choisi de commun accord par les parties est le DDU hors douane (Delivered Duty Umpaid) des incoterms 2000, par rapport auquel XXX s’oblige à livrer au XXX les marchandises non déduannées, dans le lieu de destination qui sera indiqué à XXX

if it says "la dite discipline" there ought to be a prior reference to the "discipline" (department?) in question somewhere not much higher up the document, which would provide some useful context...
