: Wobei der Begriff auch im Umfeld der Zuordnung von Kosten genutzt wird und zumindest innerhalb eines nationalen Rechts nicht ohne weiteres scharf abgegrenzt werden kann. Im Engl. wäre auch "regulatory field" denkbar.
