This comes after the observations "Primeira do prenome e segunda na ordem da filiacao" in a Brazilian birth certificate.

Beta Cummins Feb 6, 2009: Chris, I see no option other than try to contact the courthouse which issued the certificate. Sometimes one needs to consider such things...!
