Spanish term
trascurso del término convencional
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
lease contract
The last clause in a lease contract reads: "se hace constar de forma expresa que quedan excluido de este contrato los artículos XX, XX and XX de dicha ley relativos respectivamente, a conservación, mejoras, derecho de adquisición preferente, cesión y subarriendo ya la indemnización a los arrendatarios por el trascurso del término convencional, ninguno se los cuales será aplicable..." Honestly, I don't understand what it means. Thanks in advance to those wiser than me.
