OCR (Beam Profile) Data - Beam profiles are stored as tables organized by fanlines for one half of a symmetric field (32 maximum) and at depth (5 minimal, 8 maximum). Each intensity value position along the beam profile is expressed as an Half Width Ratios, where the CAX position has a value of 0, the left (negative) side of the profile at its FWHM point (50% intensity) has a value of -1.0 and the right (positive side) of the profile at its 50% intensity has a value of +1.0.field.
