sag

The vertical level difference between the lowest (midspan) and the highest (tower tops) points of a suspension bridge cable.
The "sag" of a cable corresponds to the "rise" of an arch (bridge).
The sag is almost always from 1/9 to 1/11 of the main span length.

camber

Think this might be what you're looking for.

Websites indicate that "pilhøyde" and "overhøyde" are the same thing. Prestesæther has "camber" for "overhøyde [bro]" and for "pilhøyde [bygg]".

Note from asker:
except that I am using camber in other contexts as overhøyde... I am thinking of the word pitch...
