Annual report for a company - the text in question refers to the acquisition of a company. Additionally, what does "all den tid" mean here? Does it mean xxxx's accounts showed the EBITDA specified "all along"?

Beste estimat på vederlagets størrelse er justert ned til kr 2 millioner, all den tid xxxxs reviderte regnskap for 2007 viste en EBITDA under avtalt innslagspunkt.

The level at which a stipulation or clause becomes effective. All den tid means as long as, and some Prozians would sneer at you for sneaking in a second question in the same post. I would not. Sneer, that is.
