agree	Ron Armon : Ruth is perfectly right here. See this one for instance - very official: www.whitehouse.gov/omb/fedreg/conf-order.pdf It says "under the federal statistical confidentiality order". * In some contexts חיסיון will also do - Non Disclosure Order 2 hrs
