THE COMPANY GUARANTEES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUCH AS INDICATED IN THE LATTER, THAT SUBJECT TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS APPENDED TO THIS POLICY AND TO THE SPECIAL CONTENTS IN THE SPECIFICATIONS, THE LATTER WILL TAKE PRIORITY OVER THE FORMER WHENEVER THEY ARE OPPOSED.
