In capillary electrophoresis methods from a Biotech company:
"The Controls will also be used for capillary system suitability requirements. Peak asymmetry and tailing will be evaluated and must pass system suitability requirements."
I know it has to do with the shape of the peaks of protein that are detected with a UV detector, but I'm not sure how to say it properly in French.

| Merci pour votre aide. D'accord pour asymetrie, mais l'extension homopolymerique est utilisee specifiquement pour l'extension des acides nucleiques (typiquement avec A). J'ai trouve "trainee" pour les pics, qui me semble plus applicable ici. |
