This is the motto of Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez (Mexico). It appears on a diploma. I don't feel comfortable translating it into English, but I also feel the English speaking reader would need to know what it says. I would like your opinion and suggestions for translating this phrase in case I decided to translate it.

I would put the Spanish motto on one line, in italics, and the English motto on the next line. :)
