Spanish term

promover y concluir operaciones

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
These two terms appear frequently in an agency contract I'm translating, at times in a confusing fashion. e.g. "El agente se obliga a recibir en nombre de XXXX y a transmitirle a ésta, toda clase de reclamaciones de terceros sobre defectos o vicios de calidad o cantidad de los bienes vendidos y de los servicios prestados como consecuencia de las operaciones promovidas, aunque no se hubiesen concluido"
Would it be simply "enter" and "conclude" an operation?
My main headache comes from the expression "close a deal", which is to "make a deal", but not necessarily to "conclude" it.
All suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

foster and conclude operations

It could also be translated as: "perform and close operations", depending on the full context :)

to further and complete operations

"promover" I see as moving an operation along, and "concluir" as bringing it to a close. :-)

to advertise and consummate transactions

advertised transactions, even though they had not been consumated

You are right - more like promoting
Note from asker:
like the consummate bit, but it certainly involves more than advertising, something more like arranging/organising?

performed and complete/close operations

mi sugerencia.. performed/carried out, even if/though not completed.
