ok, I know this is my fifth or sixth question in the last couple of days, but I'm not too shy to ask (!) and I have been translating about 10000 words....
I assume it is legalese:
"Entre tanto no lo hiciera, el OWNER se responsabilizará totalmente de los pagos que, en concepto de renta debida, hubiera podido hacer el MANAGEMENT COMPANY improcedentemente por desconocer los datos identificativos del nuevo titular, eximiendo de cualquier responsabilidad al MANAGEMENT COMPANY."
I assume it is legalese:
"Entre tanto no lo hiciera, el OWNER se responsabilizará totalmente de los pagos que, en concepto de renta debida, hubiera podido hacer el MANAGEMENT COMPANY improcedentemente por desconocer los datos identificativos del nuevo titular, eximiendo de cualquier responsabilidad al MANAGEMENT COMPANY."

Assuming whatever is to be done or not done is explained in the preceding sentence(s), "until such time" should fit nicely in English.

No sé si van por aquí los tiros... Deberías aportar el párrafo anterior, al que me imagino hará referencia este "Entre tanto no lo hiciera"...
Me figuro que se trata de que "mientras no se realice la transferencia total de la venta", el propietario se tendrá que responsabilizar de cualquier pago que hubiera realizado la empresa compradora por desconocer ésta última, los datos del propietario.
