Besides non-digital, analog has the meaning of 'similar, parallel' in Norwegian, mainly used by people who want to impress with their linguistic skills rather than be understood. If you Google '"analogue criteria" +debt' you get 10 hits, mostly from Norwegian companies trying to Anglicise the source term in their annual report. Without much success. If you Google '"similar criteria" +debt' you get 54,000 hits, many from native English speakers...
