neutral Marcelo Silveyra : In this case, they are not using "marcación rítimica" as "beat," but rather as a way to emphasize the rhythmic nature of the music (i.e. the way one would compare, say, African music to Gamelan). Therefore, "rhythmic" cannot simply disappear.
