This is a study on how wind farms effect bird migration. I thought that perhaps "avifauna" would cover it, but Websters says this specifically applies to bird. This exerpt from my document specifically states that they're talking about bats, too.

Ces travaux préliminaires sur les migrations aviaires ... s’inscrivent dans un effort collectif ... pour améliorer les connaissances actuelles des migrations de la **faune ailée**, incluant les chauves-souris et les oiseaux...
