a tröszt sokféleképpen fordítható, de ebben az esetben valami speciális ciprusi intézményről lehet szó:

A trust is established by an individual «the settlor» and is a means whereby property «the trust property» is held by one or more persons «the trustees» for the benefit of another or others« the Beneficiaries» or for specified purposes.

vagyis befektetési alap nem nagyon lehet, legyen "vagyonkezelő alap"? vagy "letéti alap?"
nem ismeri valaki ezt a ciprusi intézményfajtát? (úgy tűnik, a ciprusi jogban elég fontos szerepet játszik)

kösz bevallom, semmit nem tudok Ciprusról, még csak nem is jártam ott - akkor ezek szerint az angol unit trust megfelelője lehet, csak azt furcsállom, hogy egyének hozzák létre (abba a brit SFA szerintem nem menne bele, befektetővédelem, meg ilyenek miatt)
