with the connection

This is just a literal translation of your term ذات الوصلة.

With more context you can get meaningful help. For example, given a more complete sentence, the term can be part of a phrase such as "a 56-pin cable connector", "a dial-up connection", or "an ftp connection". None of which contains the literal translation "with the connection" that I have given above.

Connection/connector?

It has to do with a connection or access. Please provide more context...

junction

I am going out on a limb here.

The only online reference to THAT AL-WASLA I could find is a synopsis of the book Electronic Principles, translated from English by Muhammad Bashar Ka'dan. One of its chapters is headed

ترانزستورات التأثير الحقلي ذات الوصلة JFET

Looking up the acronym JFET yielded the following:

Junction Field Effect Transistor

If this is what you are looking for, then the expression THAT AL-WASLA refers back to the word "junction."

Alaa is right. Without full context, this becomes a guessing game.
