Come trovato nel link che ti indico. E' la traduzione che, a mio avviso, esprime meglio il concetto: è vietato modificare il software in modo che sia riutilizzabile, in altra forma, da qualcuno. Il codice sorgente di un programma lo capiscono solo i programmatori, e così tutta la struttura alla base del software; è vietato non solo "mettere mano" sui codici sorgente ma anche trasformare tali codici modificati in un nuovo software riutilizzabile.
Spero di essere stata chiara, è un concetto un po' sottile!!
