Spanish term

need help phrasing this sentence...

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Cumplir fielmente el presente contrato así como actuar en su ejecución siguiendo los dictados de la buena fe empresarial. So far I have this, which doesn't sound very nice...
It's the "siguiendo los dictados de la buena fe" I'm struggling with:
"to faithfully meet the conditions stated in the present agreement and to act"..."good faith in business practice" Help!
